We are pleased to offer our very successful one day training programme for teachers, teaching assistants, learning mentors, special needs support teachers, lunchtime supervisors and any other staff whose work brings them in regular contact with children.
This one day programme is an ideal INSET day to support your staff with managing challenging situations and ensuring a consistency of approach when implementing your behaviour strategy
The one day programme costs £100 per person (minimum 6 people)
or £1000 for the course (maximum 40 people)

children just starting school

Give your child a flying start
These workshops have been designed to support parents, their children and the school. They cover a range of topics selected by parents and headteachers that will help to ensure children settle in quickly and happily. We discuss various aspects of the Supportive Triangle, (child, parent and school), including the Every Child Matters agenda, building positive relationships and making friends, the ABC of behaviour management and supporting learning. Participants are encouraged to share their views and experiences. These sessions are enjoyable, supportive and informative.
These workshops are ideally suited to follow your 'six weeks in' meeting.

Getting the best from your groups, your clients and
yourself
A two day training programme for staff working with groups of parents and carers, families and individual clients.
This programme offers support to staff who work with groups and individual clients. It gives participants confidence to manage and lead workshops, meetings and interviews successfully. There is also an opportunity to reflect on managing their own workload and time management skills.
The one day programme costs £100 per person (minimum 6 people)
