A course of six sessions - Your Baby Matters

1) Basic parenting skills for new and expectant parents
2) Bonding with your baby
3) Establishing routines for your baby
4) How does your baby see the world?
5) The Importance of play
6) Getting organised in the home

These sessions are designed to support the new parent through the first few months of their child's life. The discussions are informal, friendly and non-judgemental. Some theory, research and information is presented so that parents can make informed choices for their families. Participants find that they establish a friendly supportive network which often continues long after the course has finished.

Our sessions generally last two and a half hours, including a coffee break. This gives participants the chance to build friendships and discuss any individual problems with the facilitator.

The complete course fee is £750
We are able to offer these sessions individually or in other combinations. The fee for a stand alone session is £150.
